On the Cultivation Mechanism of Foreign⁃related Talents of Intellectual Property under the Background of the New Liberal Arts

摘要在新时代更高水平的对外开放格局之下,面对新挑战、新矛盾,涉外知识产权人才培养是现实需求。新文科建设提供了“复合型+实务型+国际型”的涉外知识产权人才培养方向。然而在目前的法学教育模式下,“复合型+实务型+国际型”的涉外知识产权人才培养仍旧存在阻力。在新文科背景下,应当通过“基础+专业”课程体系、“内培+外引”师资体系、“国内+国外”实习基地的三位一体培养架构,从教育资源根源打通涉外知识产权人才培养壁垒,实现涉外知识产权人才培养创新与实践,并最终服务于国家法治建设和新发展格局。 Under the higher level of opening up to the outside world in the New Era,facing new challenges and contradictions,the cultivation of foreign⁃related talents of intellectual property is a real need.The construction of the New Liberal Arts provides a“compound+practical+international”cultivation model for foreign⁃related talents of intellectual property.However,under the current legal education model,there are still obstacles in the cultivation of“compound+practical+international”of foreign⁃related talents of intellectual property.Under the background of the New Liberal Arts,the cultivation structure of“basic+professional”curriculum system,“internal cultivation+external introduction”faculty system,and“domestic+foreign”practice base should be adopted to get through the cultivation of foreign⁃related talents of intellectual property from the root of educational resources in order to achieve innovation and practice in the cultivation of foreign⁃related talents of intellectual property,and ultimately serve the countrys rule⁃of⁃law construction and new development patterns.
