摘要
为验证装配式混凝土雨棚梁柱连接节点的可靠性,设计了1个装配式混凝土雨棚梁柱节点和1个现浇式雨棚梁柱节点模型,进行了2个模型低周反复荷载试验。基于试验对比分析了装配式混凝土雨棚梁柱节点和现浇式雨棚梁柱节点的损伤演化过程和承载力、延性和滞回性能。试验结果表明:装配式混凝土雨棚梁柱节点与现浇式雨棚梁柱节点的损伤演化过程基本相同,且损伤位置主要集中在柱根部;与现浇式雨棚梁柱节点相比,装配式混凝土雨棚梁柱节点的极限承载力略有提高;装配式混凝土雨棚梁柱节点和现浇式雨棚梁柱节点的初始刚度接近,刚度退化速率基本一致,均具有较大的刚度。研究表明装配式混凝土雨棚梁柱节点连接方式可靠,能够保证不同装配部件协同工作。
To study the reliability of connection joints of prefabricated concrete canopy beam-column,one prefabricated concrete canopy beam-column joint model and one cast-in-place canopy beam-column joint were designed and tested under low frequency cyclic loading.Based on the test,the damage evolution process,load bearing capacity,ductility and hysteretic behavior of the two models were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that:the damage evolution process of prefabricated concrete canopy column-joint and cast-in-place canopy beam-column joint is basically the same,and the damage location is mainly concentrated at the root of the column.Compared with cast-in-place canopy beam-column join,the ultimate bearing capacity of prefabricated concrete canopy beam-column joint is slightly improved.The initial stiffness of prefabricated concrete canopy beam-column joint and cast-in-place canopy beam-column joint is close,and the stiffness degradation rate is basically the same,both of which have relatively large stiffness.The connection mode of prefabricated concrete canopy beam-column joint is reliable,which can ensure the cooperative work of different assembly parts.
