摘要
尾气排放指标是防爆柴油机检验中的重点项目。本文对国际排放标准与国内标准进行对比分析和研究,找到我国与国外排放标准之间的差异,并对进口卡特彼勒c9防爆柴油机在中国和澳大利亚两种不同排放标准下的试验结果进行研究。实验结果表明,同一柴油机在中澳两国各自实验室设备上测出的结果差别不大,证明了我国现阶段对防爆柴油机排放性能的检验方法及实施手段已达到了国际先进水平。
Exhaust emission index is the key item of explosion-proof diesel engine inspection.In this paper,the international emission standards and domestic standards are compared and analyzed,and the differences between China and foreign emission standards are found.The test results of imported Caterpillar c9 explosion-proof diesel engine under two different emission standards in China and Australia are studied.The experimental results show that the same diesel engine in China and Australia on their respective laboratory equipment measured results are not much different,proved that China’s current test methods and means of implementation of explosion-proof diesel engine emission performance has reached the international advanced level.
