摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜手术联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮在子宫内膜息肉患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择100例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用宫腔镜手术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜手术联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、阴道出血量、激素水平。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度及阴道出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组促黄体生成素、雌二醇、促黄体生成素/卵泡刺激素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜手术联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗可提高治疗效果,改善患者子宫内膜厚度和激素水平,减少阴道出血量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with ethoestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with endometrial polyps were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received hysteroscopic surgery, and the observation group received hysteroscopic surgery combined with estradiol cyproterone. The clinical efficacy, endometrial thickness, vaginal bleeding and hormone levels were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and vaginal bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, endometrial thickness and vaginal bleeding in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with endometrial polyps by hysteroscopic surgery combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone can improve the therapeutic effect, improve the endometrial thickness and hormone levels, and reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
