摘要
本文基于乡村振兴战略,从硖石灯彩“活态”传承的现实出发,剖析其传承谱系和五大传承困境,指出海宁非遗及传承人的内在关联。从理论角度对比非遗人才的重要性,从整体与局部的辩证思路出发,基于八大技法和灯彩传承人进行互构,突破硖石灯彩传承人危机,为海宁非遗探索优质的人才培养模式。同时,海宁乡村振兴与非遗传承人的相互赋能,不仅保护了海宁文化的多样性,更为海宁文化振兴提供了不竭的生产动力,为实现共同富裕提供精神力量。
Under the strategy of rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the inheritance pedigree and five inheritance dilemmas from the reality of“living”inheritance of Xiashi Lantern Color, and points out the internal relationship between Haining’s intangible heritage and inheritors Comparing the importance of non-legacy talents from a theoretical point of view, starting from the dialectical thinking of the whole and the part, based on the eight techniques and the inheritors of lanterns, breaking through the crisis of inheritors of lanterns in Xiashi and exploring a high-quality talent training mode for Haining’s non-legacy At the same time, the mutual empowerment of Haining rural revitalization and non-genetic inheritors not only protects the diversity of Haining culture, but also provides inexhaustible production power for Haining cultural revitalization and provides spiritual strength for realizing common prosperity.
