摘要
某提灌泵站工程地形比较复杂、输水距离远、泵站扬程高,采取泵站水锤防护措施十分必要。以某提灌工程为例,分别计算两种工况下的水锤防护情况:①泵站无防护措施时发生泵站事故停泵的水锤分析;②采取增加空气阀装置的防护措施后发生泵站事故停泵时的水锤分析。结果表明,水泵在没有水锤保护措施时,管网压力变化范围很大;在增加空气阀之后,管网内压力的变化范围明显缩小很多,且都在正常工作压力范围内,有效地保护了水泵的安全运行。
Due to the complex terrain,long water transmission distance and high pump head of a pumping station project,how to take water hammer protection of the pump station is the primary problem.Taking a lifting irrigation project as an example,the water hammer protection under two working conditions is calculated respectively.First,the water hammer analysis of pump station accident shutdown when the pump station has no protective measures.The second is the analysis of water hammer when the pump station stops due to an accident after taking protective measures to increase the air valve device.The results show that the pressure of the pipe network varies widely without water hammer protection measures.After adding the air valve,the change range of pressure in the pipe network is significantly reduced,and it is within the normal working pressure range,which effectively protects the safe operation of the water pump.
