摘要
长距离高扬程调水工程中水锤压力是影响输水系统安全的重要因素,尤其在泵站突然断电时产生的停泵水锤危害最为严重。以山西某调水工程为研究背景,运用Bentley Hammer软件建立事故停泵工况下的水锤计算模型,采用特征线法分别对不同工况下的停泵水锤进行计算分析。计算结果表明:对于长距离高扬程调水工程采用“复合式排气阀+泵后两阶段关闭止回阀+水力空气罐”等措施可以有效消除事故停泵引起的弥合水锤,保证供水系统安全运行;通过优化输水方案,可以简化水锤防护措施,提高供水安全性和可靠性。
Water hammer is one of the most important factors for safety operation of long distance and high pressure water transfer system,especially in the condition of pump stopping in the pump station.Taking the water transfer project in ShanXi as an example,computation analysis of pump-stopping water hammer was made based on method of characteristics in different conditions using Bentley Hammer software.The result indicates that it is an effective protection to prevent water hammer disaster through installing air valve,slow closing check valve and hydraulic air tank;according to optimize water transfer system,simplifying water hammer protection measure to improve safety and reliability of water supply.
