超声辅助分散液液微萃取GC/MS法测定棉花中脱叶磷

摘要 建立超声辅助分散液液微萃取(UA-DLLME)气相色谱质谱法(GC/MS)测定棉花中脱叶磷的分析方法。样品经超声提取后,向提取液中快速注入乙腈(分散剂)和四氯化碳(萃取剂),采用UA-DLLME法分离富集分析目标物,并通过GC/MS进行定性定量分析。结果表明,脱叶磷线性良好,相关系数为0.999 8,检出限为0.05 mg/kg,加标回收率为93.1%、97.2%,相对标准偏差RSD为3.08%、2.95%。该方法操作简便、快捷、准确,可以用于棉花中脱叶磷残留量的测定。 An ultrasound assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method(UA-DLLME) was developed for the determination of butiphos in cotton by GC/MS. After ultrasonic-assisted extraction, the acetonitrile(dispersant), tetrachloromethane(extractant), was rapidly injected into the obtained sample extract, and the targets were separated and enriched by ultrasound assisted dispersive liquid-liquid micextraction, and qualitative and quantitative analysis were carried out by GC/MS. The experimental results showed linear relationship of the butiphos was good within the detection concentration range, the correlation coefficients was 0.999 8, the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.05 mg/kg, the spiked recoveries were 93.1% and 97.2%, and the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 3.08% and 2.95%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to confirm the butiphos in cotton samples.
