摘要
该文以环烷基冷冻机油基础油和石蜡基冷冻机油基础油为研究对象,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)对基础油的正构烷烃分布及含量进行分析,并考察正构烷烃对基础油低温性能的影响。结果表明,冷冻机油基础油的正构烷烃主要分布范围为C_(19)~C_(26),倾点随着正构烷烃含量的增加呈现指数增加趋势,黏度指数与正构烷烃含量呈现近乎正相关性。
Taking the base oil of naphthenic refrigeration oil and paraffinic refrigeration oil as the research objects,the gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)technology was used to analyze the distribution and content of normal alkanes(n-alkanes)in the base oil,thereby investing the effect of n-alkanes on base oil’s low temperature properties.The results show that n-alkanes in the base oil of refrigeration oil are mainly distributed in C_(19)to C_(26),the pour point presents an exponential increase with the increase of n-alkane content,and the viscosity index and n-alkane content show a nearly positive correlation.
