摘要
                
                    在现状调研的基础上,分析了江西省堤防建设与运行管理存在的问题,从强化管理责任落实、管理考核质效、管理手段创新、绿色生态建设和法规制度保障等方面,提出了新阶段堤防管理高质量发展的对策和思考。
                
                On the basis of current investigation,this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the management of dike construction and operation in Jiangxi province,and puts forward some countermeasures and considerations for the high-quality development of dike management in the new stage from the aspects of strengthening the implementation of management responsibility,the quality and efficiency of management assessment,the innovation of management means,the construction of green ecology,and the guarantee of laws and regulations.
