摘要
                
                    近两年来,“双减”政策得到社会广泛关注,校外教育与校园教育高质量协同发展话题引发热议,素质教育、营地教育与研学旅行热度也迅速升温,中小学校园营地教育迎来了发展的重要政策机遇。在对中小学校园营地教育四重发展逻辑进行系统阐述的基础上,从中小学校园营地教育导师能力素养要求出发,指出导师营地文化涵养与营地教育经验不足、导师营地教育情怀与双重标准导向矛盾以及导师参训课程泛化与功利主义发展倾向等问题。同时提出建立分类分层分阶段的科学培养体系、优化培训内容促培训高质量发展、专家导航与导师自主学习互融互促的中小学校园营地教育导师培养策略。
                
                The policy of“double reduction”has been widely concerned by the society.The topic of high-quality coordinated development of out-of-school education and campus education has aroused heated discussion,and the popularity of quality education,camp education and study travel has also increased rapidly.Elementary and secondary schoolyard camp education ushered in an important policy opportunity for development.On the basis of a systematic exposition of the four-fold development logic of schoolyard camp education in elementary and secondary schools,and starting from the requirements of tutor’s ability and quality in schoolyard camp education,this paper points out some problems of tutor’s training,such as the lack of experience in camp education and cultural conservation of tutors,the contradiction between the tutors’camp education feelings and the double standard orientation,as well as the generalization of tutors’training courses and the tendency of utilitarianism.This paper also puts forward tutor training ideas of elementary and secondary schoolyard camp education,including establishing a scientific training system of classification,stratification and stages,optimizing the training content to promote the high-quality development of training,and integrating expert navigation and tutor autonomous learning.
