摘要
基于波特的五力模型,从竞争者的竞争能力、潜在竞争者进入的能力、替代品的替代能力、供应商的讨价还价能力、购买者的议价能力5个方面分析河北省梨产业发展的优势与不足,并根据分析结果制定适合竞争战略、差异化战略、品牌战略和成本领先战略,从而促进河北省梨产业的发展。
Based on Porter’s five forces model,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of pear industry development in Hebei Province from five aspects:the competitiveness of competitors,the entry ability of potential competitors,the substitution ability of substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers,and the bargaining power of buyers,and develops the suitable competitive strategy,differentiation strategy,brand strategy and cost leadership strategy according to the analysis results to promote the development of pear industry in Hebei Province.
