摘要
文章旨在为促进广东省生猪产业转型升级提供参考。研究选取了2011—2020年中国31个省份(自治区、直辖市)生猪相关数据,运用SPSS 25.0软件,以波特钻石模型理论为研究依据,运用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对广东省生猪产业竞争力展开研究。结果显示:广东省生猪产业生产要素竞争力排名第8位,需求要素排名第8位,相关产业和支持产业要素排名第5位,产业战略结构与竞争对手要素排名第27位。广东省生猪产业竞争力综合竞争力得分排名第5位,聚类分析结果处于第二类,属于竞争力较强类型。此外,广东省生猪产业竞争力主要影响因素包括公里里程、猪肉产量、猪肉占肉类比值、农村人均可支配收入、人均生产总值、城镇人均可支配收入、家庭人均猪肉消费。研究表明,根据上述调查结果提出以下建议:推动生产端高效运行释放一线产能;构建产业体系打造良好的市场竞争环境;强化政府主体责任确保生猪稳产保供;紧抓机遇实现生猪产业跨越式发展。
The article aims to provide reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of pig industry in Guangdong Province. The research selected the pig related data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2011 to 2020, used SPSS 25.0 software, takes Porter diamond model theory as the research basis, and used principal component analysis and cluster analysis to study the pig industry competitiveness of Guangdong Province. The results show that the production factor competitiveness of pig industry in Guangdong Province ranks the eighth, the demand factor ranks the eighth, the related industry and supporting industry factors rank the fifth, and the industrial strategic structure and competitor factors rank the 27th. The score of comprehensive competitiveness of pig industry in Guangdong Province ranked fifth, and the cluster analysis results were in the second category, belonging to the type with strong competitiveness. In addition, the main factors affecting the competitiveness of Guangdong’s pig industry include kilometers,pork production, pork to meat ratio, rural per capita disposable income, per capita GDP, urban per capita disposable income, and per capita household pork consumption. The study indicates that according to the above findings, the following suggestions are put forward: Promote the efficient operation of the production end to release the front-line capacity. Build an industrial system and create a good market competition environment. Strengthen the main responsibility of the government to ensure stable production and supply of live pigs. Seize the opportunity to realize leapfrog development of pig industry.
