摘要
近年来,中国环境保护政策不断加码,企业如何抵御环境风险已成为重要话题。文章利用重污染行业上市公司经验数据,以中央环保督察为分析场景,考察绿色创新在强环境规制下对企业股价的防御效应及其异质性特征。研究发现:强环境规制下,污染行业企业的绿色创新对股价有积极作用,绿色创新具有价值防御效应。进一步研究发现,这种防御效应在国有企业、大规模企业以及高市场化地区企业中表现得更为明显。文章从股票市场表现入手拓展了环境规制下企业绿色创新微观经济效应的相关研究,并为环境规制措施优化以及企业绿色创新制度激励提供有益参考。
Recent years,China’s environmental protection policies have been increasingly stringent,and how to resist environmental risks has become an important topic for enterprises.Using empirical data of listed companies in heavy pollution industries and the implementation of the central environmental protection inspection,this paper examines the entrenchment effect and heterogeneity of green innovation on enterprise stock prices in a strong environmental regulation environment.The study finds that in the strong regulatory environment,green innovation of polluting industry enterprises has a positive effect on stock prices,and it has a value entrenchment effect.Further study find that the value of green innovation is more obvious in state-owned,high market-oriented and large-scale enterprises.From the performance of the stock market,this paper explores relevant research on the microeconomic effects of green innovation of enterprises in the regulatory environment,and provides a useful reference for the optimization of environmental regulation and the institutional incentives of green innovation of enterprises.
