摘要
文章结合新建铁路成都至贵阳线兴隆坪隧道缺陷整治处理工程,分析山区高速铁路隧道工程缺陷形成原因,针对二衬脱空、密实度不够、混凝土强度不足、厚度不足、仰拱不密实及强度不足等主要缺陷提出处理方法,总结山区高速铁路隧道缺陷危害及治理技术经验,为同类工程施工提供参考。
Based on the defect rectification and treatment project of Xinglongping Tunnel on newly-built Chengdu-Guiyang railway, this paper analyzes the causes of the defects in high-speed railway tunnel project in mountainous areas, and puts forward the treatment methods for the main defects such as secondary lining void, insufficient compactness, insufficient concrete strength, insufficient thickness,uncompacted inverted arch with insufficient strength. It summarizes the defect hazards and treatment technology experience of high-speed railway tunnels in mountainous areas, and provides references for similar engineering construction.
