摘要
农业技能培养与乡村振兴有着天然的、直接的关联,思政教育承担着铸魂育人的重担,农业职业教育肩负着思想道德培养与技能培养双重任务。文章阐述了新时代我国农村社会和文化建设呈现的新特点和农业职业教育助力乡村振兴的积极作用,提出了农业职业教育助力乡村振兴存在的困境与乡村社会发展和文化建设问题,明确了乡村振兴视野下农业职业教育发展必须要坚持党建引领,聚焦“德技”双修;深化思政教育改革,完善人才培养体系;厚植“三农”情怀,筑梦“三农”的理想信念;助力区域发展,发挥社会服务功能;拓宽生源渠道,健全农村就业激励政策。
Agricultural vocational education has a natural and direct connection with the rural revitalization. Ideological and political education bears the burden of casting souls and educating people. Agricultural vocational education shoulders the dual task of cultivating ideology and morality and skills. The article expounds the new characteristics of China’s rural social and cultural construction in the new era and the positive role of agricultural vocational education in helping rural revitalization, explains the existing difficulties of agricultural vocational education in helping rural revitalization and the problems of rural social development and cultural construction, and analyzes that the development of agricultural vocational education must adhere to the guidance of party building and focus on "moral and technical" double cultivation under the vision of rural revitalization. Deepen the reform of ideological and political education and improve the personnel training system. Cultivate the feelings of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" and build the ideal and faith of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Assist regional development and give play to social service functions. We will broaden the channels for students and improve the incentive policies for rural employment.
