优化增效剂在再生涤纶织物上的应用性能

摘要 再生涤纶织物在织造时加入的油剂、蜡质和浆料比相同规格的常规涤纶织物高,若前处理不充分,织物上残留的浆料和油剂会被带入染浴中,容易产生色污和色点等病疵,一般都要进行充分水洗、精练,以去除布面、纤维夹缝中的油剂、浆料以及残留的液碱。染中保TF-256与染中素TF-257的应用,可以达到免调酸+免复练染色+同浴去污的效果,缩短工艺时间,提高生产效率,节约能源和用水量,有效降低生产成本。 The amount of oil, wax and size added to the recycled polyester fabric during weaving is higher than that of conventional polyester with the same specification. If the pretreatment is not sufficient,the residual size and oil on the fabric will be brought into the dyeing bath,which is prone to color stains and spots and other problems. Generally, it is necessary to fully wash and refine to remove the oil, size and residual liquid alkali in the seam between the fabric fibers. The application of TF-256 in dyeing and TF-257 in dyeing can achieve the effect of free acid regulation + free refining dyeing + one bath decontamination, reduce process time, improve production efficiency, save energy and water, and effectively reduce production costs.
