摘要
重症急性胰腺炎是临床常见的危急重症之一,目前常规的治疗措施主要是控制炎症和功能支持,但在症状的迅速缓解、住院治疗时长的缩短及并发症的预防等方面仍有不足。目前已有大量胰腺炎中医外治法相关研究报道,在缓解临床症状,协助提升疗效方面具有独特的作用,被认为是治疗重症急性胰腺炎的中医手段之一。
Severe acute pancreatitis is one of the most common critical and severe diseases in clinical practice.At present,the conventional treatment measures are mainly inflammation control and functional support,which are still insufficient for rapid relief of symptoms,shortening of hospitalization duration and prevention of complications.At present,there have been a large number of studies on the TCM external treatment of pancreatitis,which has a unique role in alleviating clinical symptoms and helping to improve the efficacy.It is considered as one of the TCM methods for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
