摘要
学科建设是临床医学工程部门可持续发展的重要内容,直接关系到部门的专业技术进步、人才培养和效能提升。目前,临床医学工程学科发展存在领导层重视不足、职能定位不明确、配套政策欠完善、临床医学工程人员参与临床诊疗程度较低等问题。该研究根据苏州大学附属第一医院医学工程处以学科建设引领科室人才培养与效能提升行动的经验,系统分析了临床医学工程学科的发展能力及其构成要素,以期在公立医院高质量发展背景下,发挥临床医学工程学科专长和人才优势,充分激发内部潜能,高效利用外部资源,保持学科稳定、快速、可持续发展。
As an important part of the sustainable development of clinical medical engineering departments,discipline construction is directly related to the professional and technical progress,talent training and efficiency improvement of departments.At present,there are some problems in the development of clinical medical engineering discipline,such as insufficient attention from the leadership,unclear function orientation,imperfect supporting policies,and low level of clinical medical engineering personnel’s participation in clinical diagnosis and treatment.In this study,based on the experience of the discipline construction leading the talent cultivation and efficiency improvement of the department,in the Medical Engineering Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University,the development ability of clinical medical engineering discipline and its constituent elements were systematically analyzed.It is expected that under the background of highquality development of public hospitals,the specialty and talent advantages of clinical medical engineering will be brought into play,the internal potential will be fully stimulated,the external resources will be effectively utilized,and the stable,rapid and sustainable development of the discipline will be maintained.
