摘要
炼化装置管道的泄漏问题一直是困扰炼化企业的难题。针对这个难题,国内学者开展了大量的工业管道法兰的泄漏与防护研究工作。通过对典型装置中工业管道法兰静密封接头泄漏问题的统计、分析,总结泄漏规律,在总结泄漏原因及管道特点的基础上,结合静密封点信息化管理技术、密封接头适用性评价与寿命预测技术和螺栓法兰接头紧固技术,确定管道静密封接头的剩余寿命,减少泄漏事故的发生。管道法兰静密封完整性管理方法的研究应用对规范装置的泄漏管理、控制静密封接头泄漏导致的潜在风险以及提高静密封管理水平具有重要作用。
The problem of pipeline leakage in refining and petrochemical units was a difficult problem in refining and petrochemical enterprises. In view of this problem, domestic scholars have carried out a large number of industrial pipeline flange leakage and protection research work. Based on the statistics and analysis of the leakage of the static sealing joint of the industrial pipeline flange in the typical equipment, the leakage law was summarized. On the basis of summarizing the leakage cause and the characteristics of the pipeline, we combined with information management technology of static sealing point, applicability evaluation and life prediction technology of sealing joint and fastening technology of bolted flange joint, the remaining life of pipeline static sealing joint was determined to reduce leakage accident. The research and application of the integrity management method of pipe flange static seal had an important role in the leak management of standard equipment, controlling the potential risk caused by leakage of static seal joint and improving the level of static seal management.
