摘要
钢管混凝土结构充分发挥了混凝土抗压和钢材抗拉的性能特点,具有承载力高、抗震性能好、施工简便、耐火性能好等特点,综合优势明显,应用前景广阔。钢管柱混凝土顶升施工技术是一种先进的施工方法,从钢管柱底部灌入高性能自密实混凝土,并利用泵送压力把混凝土顶升到预定高度的免振捣施工方法。顶升法具有减少高空作业及劳动强度、缩短工期、工效高等特点,在超高层建筑中得到应用。研究了钢管混凝土柱顶升法的技术特点、工艺流程、高性能自密实混凝土、顶升压力计算、钢管柱防爆验算和钢管柱混凝土浇筑的质量控制要点。
Concrete-filled steel tubular column(CFSTC)benefits from the compressive and tensile properties of both concrete and steel.It has the qualities including high bearing capacity,good seismic performance,ease of construction,good fire resistance,which obviously has a wide range of advantages and applications.The advanced technique casts high performance concrete into a steel column and uses pumping pressure to lift up concrete to a predetermined height without vibration.The lift-up construction technique,which has been applied for high-rise buildings,has the advantage of reducing risk and intensity of the work in high places with less construction time and high efficiency.This paper focused on the lift-up construction technique’s attributes,construction procedures,high performance self-compacting concrete,lift-up pressure calculation,steel tube explosion-proof calculation,and quality control points.
