摘要
“分消走泄”是治疗湿热证的基本方法,“分消”指将病邪划分成不同部分予以分别清除,“走泄”意指运用走而不守、向外发越的药物,使病邪从体内排泄而出。整体理解其意为分散病邪、分部消解、走动发越。“湿热”是消化性溃疡致病的重要病理因素。湿性黏腻,与热相合,缠绵难消,湿热久羁胃肠可致本病反复发作、迁延不愈。消化性溃疡活动期以邪实为主,湿热交结,弥漫三焦,应开上、畅中、渗下三法结合使用,使湿热之邪分部消除,须对“湿”与“热”二者的轻重进行判断,合理选择湿热分治的药物。若湿蒸热瘀,气滞血停,在以分消走泄法治疗湿热的同时,应兼顾调气行血,以助湿热消散。本病迁延日久,脾胃亏虚,湿热流连,须在健脾益气的基础上辅以分消湿热之药。
“Fenxiao Zouxie”is the basic method for the treatment of damp heat syndrome.“Fenxiao”refers to dividing the pathogenic factors into different parts and removing them respectively.“Zouxie”refers to the use of drugs that are mobile and outward,so that pathogenic pathogens are excreted from the body.The overall understanding of it means dispersing the pathogenic factors,dispersing by parts,moving and leaking.Damp heat is an important pathological factor of peptic ulcer.Dampness evil is sticky.If it is stuck with heat evil,it is difficult to remove it.The long-term retention of damp and heat in the gastrointestinal tract can lead to repeated attacks and prolonged healing of the disease.During the active period of peptic ulcer,pathogenic excess is the main factor,damp heat is mixed,and the triple energizer is diffused.The three methods of opening the upper part,unblocking the middle part and infiltrating the lower part should be combined to eliminate the evil of damp heat.It is necessary to judge the severity of“damp”and“heat”,and reasonably select the drugs for the treatment of damp heat.In case of damp steaming,heat stasis,qi stagnation and blood stasis,we should take into account the regulation of qi and blood circulation while treating damp heat with the method of“Fenxiao Zouxie”,so as to help damp heat dissipate.When suffering from peptic ulcer for a long time,the spleen is weak and the damp heat does not go away.We should supplement the medicine of eliminating damp heat with the foundation of invigorating the spleen and tonifying qi.
