摘要
双孢蘑菇是目前世界上栽培最广、产量最高、消费最大的食用菌之一,近年来双孢蘑菇已基本实现工厂化、机械化和智能化生产。双孢蘑菇智能控制系统建立在工厂化和机械化生产基础上,利用物联网技术智能化控制双孢蘑菇工厂化生产系统数据采集、传输、分析及双孢蘑菇生长相关环境等,以期提高工厂化双孢蘑菇生产质量,减少劳动力投入等。该文依托双孢蘑菇研究背景,立足于国内外双孢蘑菇栽培技术发展现状,分析当前我国智能化双孢蘑菇栽培技术发展现状。现就国内外双孢蘑菇研究进展及工厂化栽培基本情况进行论述,以期探明未来双孢蘑菇智能控制技术发展导向,为我国双孢蘑菇未来生产提出建议。
Agaricus bisporus is one of the most widely cultivated edible fungi with the highest yield and the largest consumption in the world. In recent years, Agaricus bisporus has basically realized factory, mechanical and intelligent production. The intelligent control system of Agaricus bisporus is established on the basis of factory and mechanized production, and it adoptsthe Internet of Things technology to intelligently control the data collection, transmission, analysis and control of the environment related to the growth of Agaricus bisporus in the factory production system, in order to improve the production quality of Agaricus bisporus and reduce labor input. Based on the research background of Agaricus bisporus,based on the development status of cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the current development status of intelligent cultivation technology of Agaricus bisporus in China. This paper discusses the research progress of Agaricus bisporus at home and abroad and the basic situation of industrialized cultivation, in order to find out the development direction of intelligent control technology of Agaricus bisporus in the future and put forward suggestions for the future production direction of Agaricus bisporus in China.
