摘要
针对结构件在仿真优化过程中参数的主次作用不明确和参数之间的交互作用贡献率大小问题,以拉板结构参数为研究对象,采用均匀设计方法对拉板结构的7个参数(尺寸圆柱外径D、侧板厚度T、肋板厚度B、减重孔长度L、减重孔宽度E、减重孔圆角C和侧板宽度F)进行U_(12)^(*)(12^(10))静力强度试验的仿真模拟和回归分析。结果表明:侧板厚度T与肋板厚度B的交互作用对拉板最大应力值和重量影响最大,R_(adjis)^(2)贡献率为51.64%。拉板优化后的模型比拉板优化前的模型最大应力值增大了1.48%,重量减少了35.17%。该研究为拉板多目标结构优化设计提供理论依据。
In the process of simulation and optimization,the primary and secondary effects of parameters are not clear and the contribution rate of interaction between parameters is not clear,the parameters of pull plate structure are taken as the research object.The uniform design method was used to analyze the seven parameters of the pull plate structure(dimension cylinder outer diameter D,side plate thickness T,rib plate thickness B,weight reducing hole length L,weight reducing hole width E,weight reducing hole circular angle C and side plate width F)Simulation and regression analysis of U_(12)^(*)(12^(10))static strength test.The results show that the interaction between side plate thickness T and rib thickness B has the greatest influence on the maximum stress value and weight of pull plate,and the contribution rate of R_(adjis)^(2)51.64%.The maximum stress value of the model after the pull plate optimization is increased by 1.48%and the weight is reduced by 35.17%compared with that before the pull plate optimization.The study provides a theoretical basis for the multi-objective structural optimization design of pull plate.
