摘要
                
                    在生产加工时,能够使工件保持相对正确位置的工艺装置被称为工装夹具。通过在三维软件中建立工装夹具的三维模型,建立符合试验工况的数值模型,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件讨论其应力和应变的分布情况;根据所得结果,通过Workbench中的拓扑优化功能进行优化设计,并选择最优的解决方案,提高试验的稳定性与可靠性。
                
                In production and processing, a process device that keeps the workpiece in relative correct position is called a fixture. In this paper, through the establishment of three-dimensional model in 3D software test fixture, a numerical model with the test conditions, the distribution of stress and strain by using ANSYS finite element analysis software Workbench, according to the results, we optimized the design of topology optimization function in Workbench, and selected the optimal solution to improve the stability and reliability of the test.
