摘要
目的了解专家、老师、家长和学生等不同对象对构建儿童伤害预防家庭监护能力评估指标体系的看法和建议,为指标体系构建提供依据和思路。方法对儿童伤害预防相关领域专家及家长、老师和学生围绕儿童伤害预防与指标体系构建等内容开展定性访谈,对访谈结果进行主题框架分析。结果访谈对象关注的伤害涵盖了故意伤害和非故意伤害,但具体关注的伤害类型有所差别。访谈对象认为儿童伤害发生和家庭因素关系密切,包括家庭环境、家长的看护、教育水平及教养方式等。访谈对象分别从顶层设计、干预项目制定和个体获益的角度肯定了构建指标体系的必要性,并提出将1岁、3岁、6岁和12岁作为指标体系年龄段的划分节点,以及从教育教养、环境、知识和技能、陪伴与沟通、以身作则、情绪管理及学习能力等维度构建指标体系。结论构建一套完整全面的儿童伤害预防家庭监护能力评估指标体系是必要且紧迫的。构建指标时需考虑不同年龄段的儿童伤害特点及所有可能发生的伤害类型。
Objective To identify opinions and suggestions from experts,teachers,parents and students on developing an index system for assessing parent’s ability on children injury prevention,and to provide basis for developing this index system.Methods Qualitative interviews were conducted,including personal in-depth interviews and focus group interviews.The interviewees included professionals in injury prevention,psychological health and children s health-care,as well as staff of government departments,parents,teachers and students.Results Interviewees concerned about both unintentional and intentional injuries,differed by specific types of injury.Interviewees believed that child injuries were related to family factors,including family environment,parental supervision,education level and parenting style.All of them agreed on the necessity of constructing an index system with benefits to government,family and children.Furthermore,they proposed to group,3,6 and 12 year-olds as the age division nodes for the index system.Finally,they recommended constructing the index system from parenting styles,family environment,knowledge and skill on injury prevention,communication with children,parents’safe behaviors,emotion management and learning ability.Conclusions It is necessary and urgent to construct a comprehensive index system for assessing parent’s ability on children injury prevention.When developing the index system,injury characteristics of children of different ages and all types of injuries should be considered.
