摘要
目的:目测滴定法是绘制微乳液相图常用的方法。通过肉眼观察微乳成型临界点,计算相变点处各含量百分比,然后使用外部工具绘制伪三元相图,过程比较复杂。为了提高实验效率和相变点的精确度,在控温微乳液相图自动化检测装置的基础上研发微乳液相图数据处理与绘制系统。方法:采用三层架构模式和WinForm框架搭建系统,使用MySQL数据库存储数据和ADO.NET技术与数据库交互。结果:系统能够自动化处理实验数据、计算相变点各组分含量、判断微乳临界点和绘制伪三元相图。结论:与传统处理方法相比,系统不仅操作简单,数据处理效率高,而且减少了由人为因素带来的实验误差。
Objective:Visual inspection of the titration method is a common method to draw the phase diagram of microemulsion.By naked eyes observing the microemulsion forming critical point,calculating the content percentage at the phase transition point,and then drawing pseudo ternary phase diagram using external tools,the process is more complicated.To improve the experimental efficiency and the precision of phase transition point,a microemulsion phase diagram data processing and plotting system was developed on the basis of controlling temperature microemulsion phase diagram automated detection device.Method:It uses three-tier architecture mode and WinForm framework to build the system,uses MySQL database to store data and ADO.NET technology to interact with the database.Result:The system was able to automatically process the experimental data,calculate the content of each component at the phase transition point,judge the microemulsion critical point and draw pseudo ternary phase diagram.Conclusion:Compared with traditional processing methods,the system not only has simple operation and high data processing efficiency,but also reduces the experimental error caused by human factors.
