摘要
目的 探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD患者采用心理护理干预的价值及该措施对患者焦虑、抑郁等情绪状态的影响。方法 纳入100例老年COPD患者(2019年1月~2021年1月),按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50,采用常规护理)、观察组(n=50,采用心理护理),统计两组心理状态、生存质量、依从性、护理满意度。结果 (1)心理状态:干预后观察组抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SelfRating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分低于对照组,组间对比P<0.05。(2)生存质量:观察组3个维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)依从性:观察组自我管理能力、用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)护理满意度:观察组4个维度护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理在老年COPD患者护理中可行性较高,可改善其心理状态及生存质量,亦可提高其护理满意度及治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its effect on patients’ emotional states such as anxiety and depression.Methods 100 elderly patients with COPD(January 2019 to January 2021)were included. They were divided into control group(n=50,with routine nursing)and observation group(n=50,with psychological nursing)according to the random number table method. The psychological status,quality of life,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results (1)Psychological status :after the intervention,the scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Quality of life :the scores of three dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Compliance :the self-management ability and medication compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(4)Nursing satisfaction :the four dimensions of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing is feasible for elderly patients with COPD. It can not only improve their psychological state and quality of life,but also improve their nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance.
