摘要
目的研究共情护理配合治疗性沟通应用于老年慢阻肺患者护理中的效果。方法选择2023年3月至2024年3月期间广东省中山市古镇人民医院收治的老年慢阻肺患者60例,以建立病历时间不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理与共情护理,观察组在对照组基础上配合使用治疗性沟通。对比组间心理状态与应对行为。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均比对照组更低,MCMQ评分中面对评分相较于对照组高,回避、屈服评分相较于对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢阻肺患者实施共情护理联合治疗性沟通可有效改善患者的不良心理,改变其应对疾病与治疗的方式。
Objective:To study the effect of empathy nursing combined with therapeutic communication in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From March 2023 to March 2024,60 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the comprehensive warm area of Guzhen People's Hospital in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the time of establishing medical records,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing and empathy nursing,while the observation group used therapeutic communication on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and coping behavior between groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of facing in MCMQ were higher,and the scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing combined with therapeutic communication can effectively improve patients'bad psychology and change their ways of coping with diseases and treatment.
