摘要
网络时代的发展促进了全球信息化,医院的信息化建设已成必然趋势,医疗信息已成为医院应对竞争的重要武器。为了更好地解决医院信息化建设时的困难,加速我国信息化建设的发展。本文从成熟度的量化概念出发,提出医疗信息成熟度这一概念,并借鉴SW-CMM模型的分析方法,对其进行等级测评,构建评价模型。
Development of network promotes globalization.Hospital informatization construction has become an inevitable trend because medical information has been an important weapon in coping with competition in the hospital.To better solve the difficulties in construction of hospital informatization and speed up the development of informatization in our country,the article puts forward the concept of medical information maturity on the basis of quantification of maturity and assesses its rating and constructs evaluation model by SW-CMM model analysis.
