摘要
区块链具有的去中心化、不可篡改等特点,以及跨链、共识算法等功能可有效保障信息的协同管理。鉴于多源异构知识产权信息协同难、管理协同难等问题,文章基于区块链技术,探讨了区块链技术在知识产权协同管理中的适用性,构建了多源异构视域下的知识产权协同管理模型和层次架构,结合知识产权的特点和全流程,构建了4条不同结构的区块,即主链—知识产权联盟链、侧链—知识产权创造链、侧链—知识产权运用链,以及侧链—知识产权保护链,形成主侧链融合的知识产权协同管理模式。文章提出的模式可有效提升参与知识产权管理的多方主体间的信息协同、管理协同效率。在此基础上,文章分析和讨论了区块链技术在多源异构知识产权协同管理模式中的优势、瓶颈和对策,丰富了区块链在知识产权领域的应用,响应了知识产权强国建设的号召。
The decentralized and tamper proof features of blockchain,as well as cross chain and consensus algorithms,can effectively ensure the collaborative management of information.In view of the difficulties of multi-source heteroge⁃neous intellectual property information collaboration and management collaboration,based on blockchain technology,this paper discusses the applicability of blockchain technology in intellectual property collaborative management,and constructs a model and hierarchy of intellectual property collaborative management from the perspective of multisource heterogeneous.Combined with the characteristics and the whole process of intellectual property,four blocks with different structures are constructed,namely,the main chain intellectual property alliance chain,the side chain in⁃tellectual property creation chain,the side chain intellectual property application chain and the side chain intellectual property protection chain,forming a collaborative management mode of intellectual property with the integration of main and side chains.The model proposed in this paper can effectively improve the efficiency of information collabora⁃tion and management collaboration among the various entities involved in intellectual property management.On this basis,this paper analyzes and discusses the advantages,bottlenecks and countermeasures of blockchain technology in the collaborative management mode of multi-source heterogeneous intellectual property rights.This paper enriches the application of blockchain in the field of intellectual property,and responds to the call of building a strong intellectual property country.
