摘要
辣椒素(Capsaicin,CAP)口感辛辣刺激,是辣椒中较为重要的活性成分之一。介绍了辣椒素对于肠道蠕动障碍、消化、降脂、降糖及癌症等方面产生的作用效果及其对人体健康的重要性,总结了辣椒素与肠道菌群作用对相关疾病的影响,旨在系统性综述辣椒素与不同人群的肠道菌群作用对人体产生的影响,为辣椒素、肠道菌群的医疗前景提供新的试验思路和依据,并为辣椒素潜在的医学药用价值的挖掘提供理论基础。
Capsaicin(CAP)has a pungent and stimulating taste and is one of the more important active ingredients in chili peppers.This paper introduced the effects of capsaicin on intestinal motility disorders,digestion,lipid-lowering,glucose-lowering and cancer and its importance to human health,summarized the effects of capsaicin and intestinal flora on related diseases,aimed to systematically review the effects of capsaicin and intestinal flora of different populations on human body,provided new experimental ideas and basis for the medical prospects of capsaicin and intestinal flora,and provided a theoretical basis for exploring the potential medical medicinal value of capsaicin.And to provided a theoretical basis for the exploration of the potential medical medicinal value of capsaicin.
