摘要
目的分析研究雷珠单抗在糖尿病性白内障治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月期间甘肃省张掖市石学良眼科医院收治的80例糖尿病性白内障患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=40,采取常规治疗)、观察组(n=40,采取雷珠单抗治疗),统计两组患者各项指标(治疗有效率、血糖水平、矫正视力、眼压、黄斑区视网膜厚度、并发症)并实施对比分析。结果观察组治疗有效率、生活质量评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者视力升高,眼压、黄斑区视网膜厚度降低,且观察组更接近正常范围,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病性白内障患者治疗期间通过雷珠单抗治疗具有改善血糖水平、降低眼压、提高视力、减少并发症的效果,且可降低黄斑区视网膜厚度。
Objective To study the application value of lucentis in the treatment of diabetic cataract.Methods 80 patients with diabetic cataract admitted to Shixueliang Eye Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as subjects.According to different treatment methods,the groups were recorded as control group(n=40,take conventional for treatment)and observation group(n=40,take lucentis for treatment).Various indicators(treatment effective rate,blood glucose levels,corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,retinal thickness in macular area,complications)of the two groups of patients were analyzed,detailed observation and comparative analysis were carried out.Results The treatment efficiency and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual acuity patients increased,the iOP and the retinal thickness macular area decreased of the tow groups,and the observation group was closer to the normal range,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of diabetic cataract patients,leizumab has the effect of improving blood glucose level,reducing IOP,improving vision,reducing complications,and reducing retinal thickness in macular area.
