摘要
目的评价地塞米松植入剂治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的应用价值和其有效性。方法将甘肃省武威市中医医院2019年2月-2021年4月收治的51例视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,以随机方式分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=26)。对照组进行激光光凝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以地塞米松植入剂进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的视力指标、血清血管内皮生长因子、视觉相关生存质量、不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗有效率明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的最佳矫正视力更好,中央视网膜厚度更小,眼压更低,血清血管内皮生长因子指标更低,视觉相关生存质量评分明显更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论将地塞米松植入剂应用在视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的治疗中效果显著,可以有效改善患者视力,降低眼压,且不良反应发生率低,安全性好,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the application value and effectiveness of Dexamethasone implants in the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion.Methods Fifty-one patients with macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=26).The control group was treated with laser photocoagulation,and the observation group was treated with Dexamethasone implant on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,visual acuity index before and after treatment,serum vascular endothelial growth factor,vision related quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a significantly higher effective rate of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group after treatment was better.The thickness of the retina was smaller,the intraocular pressure was lower,the serum vascular endothelial growth factor index was lower,and the visual-related quality of life score was significantly higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The Dexamethasone implant should have a significant effect in the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion,which can effectively improve the vision of patients and reduce intraocular pressure,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions and good safety.It is worthy of further clinical promotion application.
