摘要
为了解决目前软包装产品装夹、搬运困难等问题,迫切需要研发一种可吸附软包装表面的真空吸盘装置。基于真空吸附原理,研发一种刚性真空吸盘,可使软包产品表面发生形变,且在气动回路系统作用下使其与刚性吸盘端面紧紧贴附。通过使用现代设计方法对所研发真空吸盘的建模、有限元分析和优化,得到综合性能最好的尺寸参数,重量降低了27.1%以上。经真空吸盘样品吸附力实验测试分析,可知刚性真空吸盘可吸附重量达到9.4 N,超过普通吸盘吸附力的3倍以上。
In order to solve the problems of clamping and handling of flexible packaging products,it is urgent to develop a vacuum suction cup device that can adsorb the surface of flexible packaging.Based on the principle of vacuum adsorption,a rigid vacuum suction cup is developed,which can deform the surface of soft package products and tightly adhere to the end face of the rigid suction cup under the action of pneumatic circuit system.Through the modeling,finite element analysis and optimization of the developed vacuum suction cup using modern design methods,the dimensional parameters with the best comprehensive performance are obtained,and the weight is reduced by more than 27.1%.Through the experimental test and analysis of the adsorption force of the vacuum suction cup sample,it can be seen that the adsorption weight of the rigid vacuum suction cup can reach 9.4 N,which is more than 3 times that of the ordinary suction cup.
