摘要
当前在管路抓举车中,液压行走系统1个液压泵驱动4个液压马达,每个液压马达分别驱动1个车轮,如果采用液压马达和液压泵并联连接方式,在车辆行驶中,只要任何驱动轮分配的实时轮载不够,或附着条件不好而出现打滑时,系统就只能维持驱动这个转矩负荷很小的车轮马达所需的较低的压力,而此压力作用于其他车轮马达上的转矩又不足以驱动车辆行进,此时除了已打滑的车轮外,其他车轮都将全部停止转动,致使车辆停止而不能正常行驶。同时液压泵所输出的所有流量都流向打滑车轮的马达,可能使其超速而损坏。因此,设计研制了一种安装在液压行走系统中的同步分流阀装置。此装置为类似于机械传动中差速锁功能的防打滑控制装置,可以有效防止在车辆行进时,1个或多个车轮打滑现象的出现,有利于管路抓举车运行平稳,自适应性优良。
In ling with the current pipeline installation in pipe grab car a hydraulic pump drives four hydraulic motors,each hydraulic motor drives a wheel if hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump are used in parallel connection mode,in the vehicle,as long as the real-time wheel load of any driving wheel is not enough or the attachment condition is not good.it will slip.The system can only maintain the lower pressure required to drive the wheel motor with very small torque load,the torque applied to the wheel motors is not enough to drive the vehicle,at this time,except for the skid wheels,the other wheels will stop turning,cause the vehicle to drive.At the same time,the output of the hydraulic will flow to the skid wheel motor,possible over speed and damage.A synchronous shunting device is designed and developed in the hydraulic walking system.This device is similar to prevent slipping control device with slip lock'function of the mechanical transmission.The device can effectively prevent the emergence of one or more wheel skidding when the vehicle is moving and is conductive to the smooth operation and adaptability of pipe grab car.
