摘要
共同富裕是中国特色社会主义社会发展的本质要求,更是化解新时代中国社会主要矛盾的内在要求。陕南乡村特色产业,不仅能带动区域经济发展,更能有效推动共同富裕的进程。分析了陕南特色产业发展现状,指出其发展过程中存在的产业发展基础薄弱、产业发展支撑力不足、品牌效应欠缺、绿色发展制约因素多、民生保障水平不高等问题。提出了优化产业模式,调整产业结构,建立现代产业体系;落实政府政策,增强乡村特色产业支撑力度;注重品牌效应,打造区域特色品牌;坚持绿色发展,完善生态产业发展机制;加快城乡融合发展,增进民生福祉等发展路径。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement for the development of a socialist society with Chinese characteristics,and it is also the internal requirement for resolving the major social contradictions in China in the new era.The development of rural characteristic industries in southern Shaanxi can not only promote regional economic development,but also effectively promote the process of common prosperity.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of characteristic industries in southern Shaanxi,and points out that there are some problems in its development process,such as weak foundation of industrial development,insufficient support for industrial development,lack of brand effect,many constraints on green development,and low level of livelihood security.The following development paths are proposed:optimizing the industrial model,adjusting the industrial structure,and establishing a modern industrial system;Implement government policies and strengthen support for rural characteristic industries;Pay attention to brand effect and build regional characteristic brand;Adhere to green development and improve the development mechanism of ecological industry;We will accelerate the integrated development of urban and rural areas and improve people’s wellbeing.
