摘要
在诸多机械加工方法中,数控加工由于具有较高的加工精密度,且适应性强,能够高效处理各种复杂工件,得到了普遍应用。但一些零件要想实现精细加工,还需借助专用夹具。因此,相关生产厂家要根据实际需求,合理设计专用夹具,确保零件能够实现高精度的数控加工。文章主要针对数控加工机械零件中的专用夹具设计进行探讨分析,为相关工作的开展提供借鉴。
Among many machining methods,NC machining has been widely used because of its high machining precision and strong adaptability,and it can handle various complex workpieces efficiently.However,in order to realize fine machining of some parts,special fixtures are needed.Therefore,relevant manufacturers should reasonably design special fixtures according to actual needs to ensure that parts can achieve high-precision CNC processing.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the design of special fixture in NC machining machine parts,hoping to provide reference for the development of related work.
