摘要
本文总结1例应用中药药枕联合耳穴疗法治疗胸痹患者失眠的护理体会,通过开展科学的护理评估,掌握患者睡眠障碍的严重程度,针对性给予中药药枕联合耳穴疗法治疗,患者的失眠症状明显改善。
This paper summarized the nursing management of insomnia in a patient with chest paralysis treated with Chinese herbal medicine pillow combined with auricular acupuncture therapy.The patient's sleep quality was evaluated by using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and targeted TCM treatment and nursing were carried out to reduce the patient's insomnia symptoms.
