摘要
热激蛋白(Heat shock proteins,Hsps)是一类在生物体遭受环境胁迫时大量表达的蛋白质,有利于生物体抵御不良环境.文章对国内外学者在Hsps上的研究进展进行了综述.主要以Hsps的分类及生物学特性为基础,分析影响Hsps表达的因素(理化因素、病理因素、生物个体因素),总结Hsps的功能(作为分子伴侣、提高抗逆性、与肿瘤相关、参与免疫协同以及与衰老相关)和应用(提高养殖动物抗逆性、癌症治疗、促进机体免疫、应对衰老性疾病、应对病虫害、环境监测和研究生物起源与进化).这些研究进展能够为Hsps在更多领域的应用提供理论依据.
Heat shock proteins(Hsps)constitute a family of proteins that are abundantly expressed when organisms are exposed to environmental stress and are beneficial for organisms to resist adverse environment.This paper reviews the advances of Hsps done by domestic and foreign scholars.Based on the classification and biological characteristics of Hsps,this paper analyzes the factors(physical and chemical factors,pathological factors,and individual biological factors)that affect Hsps expression and summarize the functions(acting as molecular chaperones,improving stress resistance,associating with tumor,participating in immune synergy and associating with aging)and applications(improving the stress resistance of farmed animals,treating cancer,boosting immunity,dealing with diseases of aging,coping with pests and diseases,monitoring environment and researching biological origin and progression)of Hsps.These research progress can provide theoretical support for the applications of Hsps in more fields.
