摘要
超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维具有强度高、模量高、密度低、耐腐蚀等优点,适用于多种武器装备,在两栖登陆装备中应用更为广泛,但由于UHMWPE纤维与树脂基体结合性较差,严重影响了UHMWPE纤维增强复合材料的应用与发展。总结了近几年UHMWPE纤维改性技术研究进展,从物理改性技术、化学改性技术和物理化学改性技术等方面进行归纳分析,并对UHMWPE纤维改性技术发展趋势进行了展望。
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber has the advantages of high strength,high modulus,low density and corrosion resistance.It is suitable for a variety of weapons equipment,and is more widely used in amphibious landing equipment.However,due to the adhesion between UHMWPE fiber and resin matrix is poor,which seriously affects the application and development of UHMWPE fiber reinforced composites.The research progress of modification technology of UHMWPE fiber in recent years is summarized and analyzed from the aspects of physical modification technology,chemical modification technology and physical-chemical modification technology,and the development trend of modification technology is prospected.
