摘要
研究了双向拉伸工艺如拉伸温度、拉伸倍数与拉伸速率对超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)隔膜结构与性能的影响。结果表明:较低的拉伸温度与较快的拉伸速率更容易导致隔膜均匀拉伸,微孔分布变均匀;反之,较高的拉伸温度与较慢的拉伸速率会造成部分纤维束无法分离,隔膜结构均匀性变差;拉伸倍数增加,微孔结构逐渐被拉开,微孔分布变均匀,穿刺强度、横向/纵向拉伸强度增大。
The effects of biaxial stretching technology such as stretching temperature,stretching ratio and stretching rate on the structure and properties of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)microporous membrane were studied.The results show that the lower stretching temperature and faster stretching rate make it easier for the microporous membrane to be uniformly stretched and the micropore distribution to be uniform.On the contrary,higher stretching temperature and slower stretching rate will cause some fiber bundles without separation,and the uniformity of microporous membrane will become worse.With the increase of stretching ratio,the micropore structure is gradually pulled apart,the micropore distribution becomes uniform,and the puncture strength,transverse tensile strength and longitudinal tensile strength increase.
