桑枝总生物碱片对肥胖PCOS模型大鼠体质量及血脂的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Sangzhi Alkaloids on Body Weight and Lipid Metabolism in Obese PCOS Rats

摘要 目的 探讨桑枝总生物碱片对多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)肥胖SD大鼠体质量及血脂的影响。方法 将30只SD雌性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组(PCOS组)和桑枝总生物碱片给药组(PCOS+SZ-A组),对PCOS组及PCOS+SZ-A组SD大鼠参照文献造模。造模成功后开始给药,PCOS+SZ-A组给予35 mg·kg^(-1)B.W的桑枝总生物碱片,空白组和PCOS组给予等体积的蒸馏水。给药期间空白组给予普通饲料,其余两组给予45%高脂高糖饮食。每周测量大鼠体质量并记录,绘制大鼠体质量变化曲线;实验结束后送广州金域医学检验中心检测大鼠血清中甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白的表达水平。结果 造模3周后,模型大鼠完全失去动情周期性变化,且模型组及给药组大鼠体质量均显著高于空白对照组(P<0.001),提示肥胖PCOS模型大鼠造模成功;给药3周后,PCOS+SZ-A组大鼠体质量显著低于PCOS组大鼠,提示35 mg·kg^(-1)B.W的桑枝总生物碱片可以显著减轻肥胖PCOS模型大鼠的体质量(P<0.05);给药3周后,PCOS组大鼠甘油三酯水平显著高于空白对照组(P<0.001),提示肥胖PCOS模型大鼠合并有高甘油三酯血症,而PCOS+SZ-A组大鼠甘油三酯水平显著低于PCOS组大鼠(P<0.01)。结论 桑枝总生物碱片可以显著减轻肥胖PCOS模型大鼠的体质量,同时具有显著地降低甘油三酯的作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Sangzhi alkaloids tablets on body weight and blood lipid of obese SD rats with polycystic ovary syndrome. METHODS 30 female SD rats were randomly divided into control group, polycystic ovary syndrome group(PCOS group) and Sangzhi alkaloids tablets administration group(PCOS+SZ-A group).Rats in PCOS group and PCOS+SZ-A group were modeled according to references.The drug was administered after the successful modeling of obese PCOS rats.The rats of PCOS+ SZ-A group were given 35 mg·kg^(-1)B.W Sangzhi alkaloids tablets.The rats in control group and PCOS group were given equal volume of distilled water.The control group was given ordinary diet, and the other two groups were given 45% high fat and sugar diet.The body weight of rats was measured and recorded every week, and the curve of body weight of rats was drawn.After the experiment, the serum levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein of the rats were detected by Kingmed Diagnostics in Guangzhou. RESULTS After 3 weeks of modeling, the model rats completely lost estrus with periodic changes, and the body weight of PCOS group and PCOS+SZ-A group were significantly heavier than that of the control group(P<0.001), suggesting that the modeling of obese PCOS rats was successful.After 3 weeks of administration, the body weight of rats in PCOS+SZ-A group was significantly lower than that in PCOS group, suggesting that 35 mg·kg^(-1)B.W Sangzhi alkaloids tablets could significantly lose the body weight of obese PCOS model rats(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of administration, the serum triglyceride level of rats in PCOS group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.001), suggesting that obese PCOS rats had hypertriglycerideemia, while the serum triglyceride level of rats in PCOS+SZ-A group was significantly lower than that in PCOS group(P<0.01). CONCLUSION The Sangzhi alkaloids tablets can significantly reduce the body weight and the serum triglyceride level of the obese PCOS rats.
