摘要
目的基于CiteSpace软件分析门诊管理研究的热点及趋势。方法以中国知网(CNKI)为基础数据库,以“门诊管理”为主题词文献检索,检索时间为建库至2022年5月11日,检索出符合标准的文献后采用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入1778篇文献,发文量呈逐年上升趋势,作者及机构的共现图谱显示各位作者及机构间的合作较为松散;关键词共现分析显示医院、门诊工作、医疗服务、质量、医疗质量、优质服务、专家门诊与其他关键词之间存在较强的共现强度;关键词聚类分析共形成10个聚类,主要有门诊工作、危机管理、门诊药房、优质服务、护理管理、发热门诊、护士长等;共有20个关键词显示有突现,其中近五年的研究热点为应用效果、满意度、护理质量、发热门诊、疫情防控。结论目前,我国关于门诊管理的研究热度高,但跨单位、跨区域的学术合作研究需要加强。本领域未来的研究热点及趋势为门诊工作、优质服务、护理管理、门诊药房、疫情防控。
Objective To analyse the hot spots and trends of outpatient service management research in China by using the CiteSpace software.Methods The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was used as the basic database,and literatures with"outpatient management"as the main topic were searched from database establishment to May 11,2022.CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis after literature conforming to the standard was retrieved.Results A total of 1778 articles were included and the number of articles presented an increasing trend year by year.The co-occurrence map of authors and institutions showed that the cooperation between authors and institutions was incompact.Keywords co-occurrence analysis showed that there was strong co-occurrence intensity between hospital,outpatient work,medical service,quality,medical quality,quality service,expert outpatient service and other keywords.Keywords cluster analysis formed 10 clusters,mainly including outpatient work,crisis management,outpatient pharmacy,quality service,nursing management,fever clinic,head nurse,etc.A total of 20 keywords showed emergence,among which the research hotspots in the last five years were application effect,satisfaction,nursing quality,fever clinic,epidemic prevention and control.Conclusion At present,the research on outpatient service management is hot in China,but the interagency and transregional academic cooperation research needs to be strengthened.Future research hotspots and trends in this field include outpatient work,quality service,nursing management,outpatient pharmacy,epidemic prevention and control.
