摘要
目的探讨克林霉素联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月武汉大众口腔医院收治的CP患者110例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例。两组患者均予牙周基础治疗,口服甲硝唑片,观察组患者加服盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯分散片。两组均治疗为7 d。结果观察组总有效率及不良反应发生率均与对照组相当(92.73%比89.09%,18.18%比10.91%,P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的牙菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊出血位点数、牙周袋深度及牙周附着水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者龈沟液中白细胞介素10和转化生长因子-β水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克林霉素联合甲硝唑治疗CP,可改善患者的牙周指标,减轻炎性反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clindamycin combined with metronidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis(CP).Methods A total of 110 patients with CP admitted to the Wuhan Dazhong Dental Clinic from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given periodontal basic treatment and Metronidazole Tablets orally,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride Dispersible Tablets.Both groups were treated for 7 d.Results The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group were similar to those in the control group(92.73%vs.89.09%,18.18%vs.10.91%,P>0.05).After treatment,the plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),bleeding on probing(BOP),periodontal pocket depth(PPD)and periodontal attachment level(PAL)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in gingival crevicular fluid in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clindamycin combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with CP can improve patients'periodontal indicators and reduce inflammatory reaction.
