摘要
目的 探讨甲硝唑片治疗牙周炎的临床效果及不良反应的发生情况。方法 筛选近期于我院就诊的牙周炎患者,符合标准的纳入研究,共120例。将患者随机分为对照组和试验组两组。对照组给予基础治疗,试验组在基础治疗的基础上增加甲硝唑片治疗。通过牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)评估两组的临床效果,并对两组胃肠道不适、恶心、偶有皮疹、腹泻、口内金属异味等不良反应进行监测。结果 经过治疗与随访,发现试验组患者的治疗效果较好,各项牙周指数均有明显改善。除此之外,相比于对照组,试验组患者不良反应发生率低。上述差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 甲硝唑片对牙周炎有良好的临床效果,且安全性较高。
Objective Explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of metronidazole tablets in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods Screening of patients with periodontitis who have recently visited our hospital and meeting the criteria for inclusion in the study,a total of 120 cases.Randomly divide the patients into two groups:a control group and an experimental group.The control group received basic treatment,while the experimental group received additional treatment with metronidazole tablets on top of the basic treatment.Clinical efficacy was evaluated using plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),depth of periodontal pocket exploration(PD),and gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),and adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal discomfort,nausea,occasional rashes,diarrhea,and metal odors in the mouth were monitored.Results After treatment and followup,it was found that the treatment effect of the experimental group patients was significantly better,and all periodontal indices were significantly improved.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly reduced.The above differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Metronidazole tablets have good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of periodontitis.
