生理学评分指标在创伤评估中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 创伤严重程度评估通常采用创伤评分,根据评估所采用的指标类别不同,创伤评分又可分为解剖学评分、生理学评分、功能学评分和复合评分,每种评分方法均有其评估对象及适用范围。临床应用发展过程中创伤评分从最初的解剖学评分,发展到后来生理学评分和复合评分,其中生理学评分在创伤评分中的评估意义越来越被重视。病理生理学指标的改变与创伤患者治疗结局密切相关,根据相关生理学评估指标,能够较准确评估创伤患者疾病严重程度。 Trauma score is usually used to evaluate the severity of trauma.According to the different categories of indicators used in the evaluation system,trauma score can be divided into anatomical score,physiological score,functional score and composite score.Each scoring method has its evaluation object and application scope.In the development of clinical application,the trauma score has developed from the initial anatomical score to the subsequent physiological score and composite score,in which the evaluation significance of physiological score has been paid more and more attention in trauma.The change of pathophysiological indexes is closely related to the treatment outcome of trauma patients.According to the relevant physiological evaluation indexes,the severity of trauma patients can be accurately evaluated.
