摘要
目的分析脓毒性休克的研究分布、经典文献、热点及前沿等。方法以中国知网2017.1.1至2021.7.26发表的脓毒性休克研究论文为对象,借助可视化分析软件CiteSpace软件,获得我国针对脓毒性休克研究文献的省份和核心作者合作图谱、研究关键词的出现频率及聚类分析等。结果国内近年来针对脓毒性休克的研究呈现逐年递增趋势,但研究力量主要集中在高校及三甲医院。核心研究机构主要为河北医科大学、安徽医科大学、广州中医药大学、湖南省人民医院、南方医科大学。对于研究热点的统计发现,目前研究热点主要集中在脓毒性休克的治疗、液体复苏、急性肾损伤、预后、心肌损伤等方面。通过高影响力研究分析发现,脓毒性休克相关研究关键词集中在降钙素原、预后、C反应蛋白、感染性休克、血乳酸、液体复苏、病死率。广州市妇女儿童医疗中心新生儿科、苏州大学附属第二医院急诊科、首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院急诊科、陆军军医大学陆军特色医学中心一室,创伤、烧伤与复合伤国家重点实验室为脓毒性休克的高影响力研究机构。高影响力作者包括姚咏明、张新超、曹钰、柴艳芬等。涉及脓毒性休克研究的高影响力期刊有中华急诊医学杂志、中华危重病急救医学、中华医院感染学杂志等期刊。结论近年来针对脓毒性休克的研究文献400篇/年,研究机构主要集中在高校,研究热点主要为脓毒性休克的治疗和预后,但机制方面研究较少。需要后期更深入地了解其根本发病机制、寻找新的有效药物、提出新的防治策略。
Objective To analyze the distribution,classic literature,hotspots and the frontier of septic shock research.Methods The relevant literature data on septic shock from 2017 to 2021 was retrieved from CNKI database and manually selected and imported into CiteSpace.Cooperative network analysis,burst keyword analysis and cluster analysis were conducted.The knowledge map was also drawn.Results In recent years,an increasing number of studies focusing on septic shock has been published in China,and most of them were conducted in universities and tertiary hospitals,predominantly in Hebei Medical University,Anhui Medical University,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital,and Southern Medical University.According to the analysis,hotspots of those studies are the treatment of septic shock,fluid resuscitation,acute kidney injury,prognosis,and myocardial injury.The top seven keywords with the strongest citation bursts include“procalcitonin”,“prognosis”,“C-reactive protein”,“septic shock”,“blood lactic acid”,“fluid resuscitation”,and“fatality rate”.The high-impact research institutions for septic shock are Neonatology Department of Guangzhou Women’s and Children’s Medical Center,Emergency Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,Emergency Department of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University,First Room of Army Special Medical Center of Army Military Medical University,State Key Laboratory of Trauma,Burn and Compound Injury,and Yao Yongming,Zhang Xinchao,Cao Yu,Chai Yanfen are the most influential researchers.The high-impact journals involved in the study of septic shock include the Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine,the Chinese Journal of Critical Care and Emergency Medicine,and the Chinese Journal of Nosocomial Infection.Conclusions In the past ten years,there are more than 400 research literatures on septic shock each year.Research institutions are mainly concentrated in universities and the research hotspots are mainly on the treatment and prognosis of septic shock.However,there are few studies on the pathogenesis of the disease.It is necessary to have a deeper understanding of its underlying pathogenesis,find new effective drugs,and propose new prevention and treatment strategies.
