生殖医学研究生的临床教学与培养模式探讨 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,生殖医学取得了飞速的发展,在诊断和治疗方面的新技术新手段层出不穷。随着我国三孩政策的放开,对辅助生育技术的需求更加旺盛,给生殖医学的发展注入了新的活力与动力。而目前生殖医学专业人才相对匮乏的现状是制约学科发展的重要因素。加强生殖医学研究生培养,是解决我国生殖医学人才相对缺乏的重要手段,也是学科发展的重点之一。文章就生殖医学的临床教学现状及培养模式进行探讨,希望对提高生殖医学研究生的培养水平有所帮助。 In recent years, reproductive medicine has achieved rapid development, and new technologies and new methods in diagnosis and treatment have emerged one after another. With the liberalization of our country’s three-child policy, the demand for assisted reproductive technology has become stronger, which has injected new vitality and impetus into the development of reproductive medicine.However, the current situation of the relative shortage of reproductive medicine professionals is an important factor restricting the development of the discipline. Strengthening the training of postgraduates in reproductive medicine is an important means to solve the relative shortage of reproductive medicine talents in our country, and it is also one of the focuses of the development of the discipline. This article discusses the current situation and training mode of clinical teaching of reproductive medicine, hoping to help improve the training level of postgraduates in reproductive medicine.
