摘要
目的:探讨以CBL为中心的教学方法在生殖内分泌临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年7月生殖医学部进修医生83人,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规带教方式教学;研究组采用CBL教学法联合传统带教方式教学。比较两组理论考试成绩、案例分析成绩和教学满意度。结果:研究组理论考试和案例分析成绩均高于对照组,且各项教学满意度也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法应用于生殖内分泌教学,可帮助基层医生提高理论知识掌握程度和临床思维能力,有助于提高学习兴趣、教学方法、理论知识掌握度、提高临床思维能力等满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of CBL-centric teaching method in clinical teaching of reproductive endocrinology.Methods:From August 2017 to July 2019,83 refresher doctors were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,the study group adopted the CBL teaching method combined with the conventional teaching method.The theoretical test scores,cases analysis results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The results of theoretical examination and cases analysis in the study group were higher than in the control group,the teaching satisfaction of various teaching methods was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL in reproductive endocrine teaching can help the basic doctors to improve their level of theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking ability,it is helpful to improve the satisfaction of learning interest,teaching methods,levels of theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking ability.
